IDBoard is a software for managing people within a company, that is, a tool for the human resources department to manage all the company's workers, from the status of their registration or tasks, to the degree of happiness within of the company.
Problem
I received this project from a German HR company that needed a tool to manage people within a recruitment firm. Due to the large volume of users they handled through the application, they required numerous features along with a significant amount of graphs and statistics. The client had no design restrictions, allowing me to create several proposals.
Solution
I developed a very accessible, intuitive, and user-friendly dashboard that could efficiently organize and present all the information and features the client needed. Since the product was intended exclusively for desktop use, there was plenty of screen space to work with, making the organization of information through the UI design both easy and enjoyable for me.
UI Inspiration
The inspiration for the design of this project came quickly to my mind since I am quite familiar with team management tools used in several companies where I have worked.
The best is undoubtedly Jira, which offers a large number of possibilities and different types of management scenarios. I also relied on many utilities that Bamboo HR offers.
Color Inspiration
I wanted the color palette to feel bold and modern, reflecting current design trends and appealing to a young audience. To achieve a friendly and engaging user experience, I chose a background palette of purples and blues in varying shades.
